Delivery Terms

We will always try to ship your order within 1 business day from that you’ve made your order. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Delivery costs will depend on the volumetric weight.

Return Policy

Al Carrer will gladly accept returns and refund the item in the same manner that you paid. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, unworn, new condition with full original tags attached. You must first contact us explaining your reasons. Packages sent without contacting beforehand will not be accepted. Note that you must ship the item back to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product.

For any returned items you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsable for the cost of returning the item to us. Make sure to use a reputable shipping company with tracking information or proof of postage as we are not responsable for lost or stolen packages.
